The Pickle in the Middle Presents: Self Sabotage with a Side of Glitter is my honest look at what happens when life goes sideways and we realize we may have been part of the problem.

I wrote this for anyone who has faced the barrage, tasted the “shit sandwich with glittery jam,” and wondered why they keep repeating the same patterns. It is for the ones who feel like giving up and for the ones who look like they have it together but know there is more work to do.

​

This book is about standing in the middle of the mess and choosing something different. It is about finding clarity, purpose, joy, and healing in the very places that once felt like the end.
