"I had the opportunity to work with Jana after we participated in an amazing emotional experience together. I found her to be warm and loving. She was clear about what we would do together and that she would guide me through the process. We talked about what situations tend to provoke anxious feelings for me. She walked me through how to shift from anxiety and fear to feeling empowered. I came away with more tools to help when I'm feeling anxious or afraid. I also had the chance to experience how it feels in my body when I am empowered and practicing healthy behaviors versus anxious and afraid to advocate on my own behalf. One of my favorite tools was bilateral stimulation. It's simply passing a small object back and forth from right to left or left to right. It helped me to feel grounded and gave my mind something to focus on besides my fears and anxiety. I'm grateful for her generous spirit in sharing these techniques with me for free as part of her training and highly recommend working with Jana if you get the chance."
